On March 25, 2026, Narayana Seva was carried out in Atlanta, Georgia, serving approximately 350 women and children at a local shelter. Warm, freshly prepared vegetarian meals were offered with care and devotion.

On April 18, 2026, a Free Medical Camp was conducted in Silver Spring, Maryland, serving the uninsured and underinsured with care and compassion.

Food was lovingly prepared and served to approximately 90–110 individuals at a shelter home, offering nourishment in the spirit of selfless service.

The offerings included a wholesome meal

Each meal was served with care, seeing the Divine in all beings.

On June 7–8, 2025, SMVA Trust’s Karuna Seva team brought free eye care to Medchal—offering 100 vision screenings, 70 pairs of spectacles, and scheduling 21 corrective surgeries—then planted 20 native saplings to green the community. On June 9th in New Jersey, SMVA Trust’s Karuna Seva team partnered with Lincoln Reference Laboratories and volunteer physicians to offer free health screenings, one-on-one consultations, and educational resources—all wrapped in a warm, community-driven spirit. From asthma guidance with Dr. Sunita Kanumury to on-site blood tests and a continuous food drive, the day embodied our mission of “Unconditional Service to Humanity.” Stay tuned for more free medical camps coming soon!
